Problem

A failing manual stamping process needed a reliable, repeatable replacement.

My contribution & engineering decisions

I researched marking equipment and designed the fixture in SOLIDWORKS around a handheld printer, then led prototyping and validation of the marking system.

Validation & outcome

The implemented process reduced a full production day to approximately 20 minutes and eliminated misprints. The approach expanded to the motor cell, a production line, and a second facility.
