Problem

Finished units worth several thousand dollars each needed secure support during burn-in cycling to remove a fall and damage hazard.

My contribution & engineering decisions

I designed and 3D-printed approximately 50 holders to support the units during the existing burn-in process.

Validation & outcome

The holders are used daily to support 25 units at a time. They eliminated the fall and damage hazard while supporting weekly shipset deliveries. Daily production use is the available validation evidence.
